Customer service hours
9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Los Angeles time (Pacific Time). We follow PST or PDT as applicable. You can email outside these hours; we’ll handle your message during customer service hours.
Help us find your order
Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For product questions, send the product name or link. If an item arrived damaged or has a quality issue, a short description and clear photos will help us understand the problem.
Want to return something?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Our team will email the current overseas return warehouse address and instructions for your order. Please contact us before mailing a return; do not use the business operating address or the parcel’s sender address as a return address unless our team instructs you to.
For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping. For products with quality defects, we pay return shipping. Once your return arrives, we review it within 2 days. Approved refunds are processed within 5 days to the original payment method; your payment provider may take longer to display the credit.
Shopping and delivery
We serve the United States with free standard shipping. Order processing takes 0–2 days, followed by an estimated 3–4 days in transit.
