Where we deliver
We currently ship to the United States. Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.
Getting your order ready
Order processing takes 0–2 days. A processing time of 0 days means an order may be dispatched on the day it is placed; same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.
Once it’s on the way
Shipping normally takes 3–4 days after dispatch. Including processing, the estimated total delivery time is 3–6 days from your order date. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, carrier disruptions, or holidays can cause delays.

Please check your delivery address before paying. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We’ll check whether it can still be changed before dispatch.
Delivery not going to plan?
If your parcel is late, missing, or arrives damaged, email your order number and any relevant details or photos. We’ll look into it with you and explain the next steps.
