Sometimes something just isn’t right for your home. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Here’s how it works.
Start with an email
Contact [email protected] with your order number and the item you want to return. Tell us what went wrong; photos help if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Our customer service team will email you the current overseas return warehouse address and instructions for your order. Contact us before sending anything back. The business operating address is not the return warehouse, and the address on a shipping label may not be suitable for returns.
What condition should it be in?
For a change-of-mind return, keep the item unused, with its parts and original packaging. These conditions do not prevent you from reporting a product that arrived faulty or damaged.
Who pays return shipping?
You pay the return shipping cost when you change your mind or order an item you no longer want. If the product has a quality defect, we cover the return shipping cost. We also cover return shipping if we sent the wrong item. Email us first so we can arrange the appropriate return method.
When will I get my refund?
After the returned item reaches the address we provided, we review it within 2 days and email you the outcome. Once approved, we process the refund to your original payment method within 5 days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the credit.
If a refund is declined, we will explain why by email. If an approved refund has not appeared, contact us and we’ll help check its status.

Email us as soon as possible. We will check whether a change or cancellation is still possible before dispatch. Once the order has shipped, follow the return process above.
